The Mystic Aura was founded by Swati Kumari who is an author, Access Bars Facilitator, Reiki Master and Energy Healer, Counselor and Wellness Coach. Swati specialises in helping individuals by igniting the spark of empowerment within their own energy system to explore unresolved emotions, anxiety, past traumas, fears and preconceived beliefs to re-engineer/ align their life and bring about positive change.

Reiki Healing
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing therapy. It is the life energy that flows through all living things. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei) which means Universal Life and (Ki) which means Energy

Crystal Healing
Crystal healing is a pseudoscientific alternative-medicine technique that uses semiprecious stones and crystals such as quartz, amethyst or opals.
Chakra Healing
The word “chakra” from Sanskrit translates to “wheel” or “disk,” but references a spiritual energy center within the human body.
Courses
Reiki
Reiki courses include the one-one ‘initiation and attunement process’ for students. In addition students are taught the theory and practical aspects of Reiki and provided with notes and relevant handouts.
