an author, Access Bars Facilitator, Reiki Master and Energy Healer, Counselor and Wellness Coach. Swati specialises in helping individuals by igniting the spark of empowerment within their own energy system to explore unresolved emotions, anxiety, past traumas, fears and preconceived beliefs to re-engineer/ align their life and bring about positive change.

During the energy healing sessions, transfer of energy works on a patient on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level, on an unconscious and conscious level that helps in tapping into their truth, power, and potential.

She uses guided meditation, crystals, and light work to enhance her sessions, and she helps people release energy that no longer serves them and bring change to their thought patterns to liberate themselves from enslaving beliefs, transforming unconscious patterns, psychological blocks, and physical pain.  gaining personal empowerment and self-acceptance.

She provides group training/classes on Access Bars, Reiki, Chakra Healing and does private One to One and Distant Healing as well.
